Applying pitch bend with midi keyboard doesn't work

Digitakt, Digitone Mod Wheel and Pitch Bend

The DT doesn’t support mod wheel or pitchbend, neither in or passthru. It’s been in the requested features list since ages and Elektron seems to ignore it.
