I think the rights/licensing to the Analord stuff is in limbo, as it was released on Rephlex and last I heard Grant and Richard haven’t figured out the legal side of getting the old Rephlex stuff released digitally.
It’s probably not that hard, just they haven’t bothered 
There are exceptions of course, like Cylob, Bogdan, Bochum Welt, u-Ziq and Squarepusher have managed to get out of this and get their older Rephlex stuff online
