Anyone know anything about the chips on this DAC?

the 5th pic down on the left side shows a blow up of all of the inside chips, anyone see anything interesting?

Gadget quality nothing fancy. There’s even a big chance that the bulbs aren’t even used as amps but just lit up for the pseudo effect.
The next comment on the used dac from audiodiy.com is probably what you’re lookin for:
