Anyone come across a good guitar input switcher/mixer?

I’m looking for a way to get the gain staging right for my different guitars, going into a Helix floor unit.

I can add blocks on the Helix for dealing with different pick-ups e.g. I have a HSS HM Strat and EMG actives on a Steinberger, but that eats up vital blocks.

Ideally, I’d have a separate selector foot controlled unit, to give me the right levels for each of 3 scenarios and produce a relatively consistent output:

Humbucker, single coil, active pickups.

Any thoughts?

I think the ehx tri-parallel mixer can be used that way.

Interesting - thanks!

Also looking at the Boss LS-2, which does most of what I’m after I think.

Hi

I’m not sure if I’ve ever actually posted here but thought I’d mention the gigrig 321 which is designed to do exactly what you mention - 3 switchable inputs to 1 output with preamp to match levels between instruments

Hope that’s of some use

Alex

I put my guitar pedals in the FX loop of an Eventide Mixing Link. Then, you can just use the master in knob to adjust for each guitar. Works a treat, and does so much more besides.
