I used to maintain a list of Elektronauts who had self-identified or implied Melbourne residence with exactly this social idea in mind but child-raising demands and ADHD got in the way. All power to your efforts, though, and Iāll happily participate.
Anyway, at last count (just before the local COVID lockdowns) there were 16, including me. Neither of you guys were on the list so possibly 18 now!

I hope Vicmod comes back at some point; that was always a pretty good meetup, even for those not in the modular game.
If anyoneās keen to go to a show tomorrow night, Iāll be playing some heavy/noisy stuff from nanoloop 2 and an octatrack at Cafe Gummo in Thornbury. Show starts at 5pm and Iāll be on at around 8.30.

For sure! The gigs in the chip community are starting to pick up again, with pretty diverse lineups so itās not all bleeps.

I canāt do tonight as I picked up the spicy cough at Golden Plains last weekend. But Iāll be there for the next one and am keen to get gigging again soon as well. Havenāt done a gig yet with just synths and no guitar, but Iām nearly there I reckon.
Now that I know there are a few about, Iāll definitely tee something up 
I do guitar + M8 sets every now and then! I played one last October at Laser Highway. It always goes down well
