Any computer tech heads help?

Swapping parts is easy, it’s just adult Lego. Loads of YouTube guides if you get stuck. IMO if you’re used to win 7 I’d stick to that, not many functional advantages to win10 for audio except for the user interface being all janked up.

This is correct, but Microsoft is on a path to include better audio or midi services in Windows 10 and has done already first steps for midi.

After upgrading some computers from 7 to 10 I would say, there is a shorter boot-up time, the stability is high, overall performance seems to be at least not worse, maybe even better, and I didn’t lose hardware, because of out-dated drivers. Even a Win 7 driver had been allowed to continue it’s live after upgrade :wink:
