got this alert from Amazon that a handful of Anker powerbanks are under voluntary recall. If you submit a recall form for one of the listed power banks they will send you a replacement or give you a gift card. it was a pretty easy process, i did my form yesterday and i got a shipping notice for my replacement today.

my powerbank was working just fine but got pretty beat up over time so im kinda hyped on a fresh replacement.

I’ve bought a few brands of power banks, and the Ankers are the only ones that have stopped working prematurely. Just dead with minimal use. I’ll have to see if I can find the receipts.

just got my new one in the mail, same 20k mAh but this one is 60W more than my last one and it is slightly slimmer but nearly twice as long. im down with this upgrade
