Analog 'strange' Heat

A bit strange though, that he found a loose screw inside^^

Same thing happened with me when i bought an Ableton Push 2 directly from B&H. It was not new, it had fingerprints on it and even smells bad, a kind of onion with sweat smell… Unfortunately when i opened the box i was already in another country.

Yeah its not okay at all, that they try to hustle their customers like that. It must be the best way to lose customers and create a bad reputation.

I prefer to find a screw than be screwed. Did you check if there was a missing one inside?

Actually when i open it, i was so scared to mess something up, that i took the screw out and close it again immediately. So i really don’t know if the screw was missing or extra

So after two days using the Heat for many hours, it seems to work perfectly. I just reset to factory settings because i had no presets ; after reseting i got 16 presets.
