I want to use my MIDI controller to select the active track on my Analog Rytm. Is there a way to do this via a MIDI controller? If so, do you know the CC value?
Cheers

@sinadogru
What midi controller do you have?
Essentially you just need to be able to select different midi channels from your controller, then send cc messages on that channel.
I have a Q25 and it has a Midi channel selector and then any notes sent on controller trigger corresponding midi track…
And WELCOME!

I use Korg nanoKontrol2 and wanna hijack the track record button for selecting the track. I don’t like combining pad with track button to select the track.
I hope this is clear, I want to choose the selected track. I already mapped volume and mute buttons for tracks. Now I am after selecting a track.
Cheers
No.
I believe there is a setting that lets you select a track by simply hitting its pad, no “track button” required.
I just looked to the manual but couldn’t find any settings mention this feature. Can you please point the relevant section out?
