Hello, my MKI has gone crazy, has a weird led behaviour and button response. Pad colors are nonsense. It’s a hardware problem. I can’t send it over to Elektron with the current world situation, and I really need the machine working normally ASAP. There’s no Elektron dealer in my country to buy another one, and also my budget is down to zero 'cos of the paralized economy. Would be someone from or outside Elektron be kind enough to share with me the service manual so I can hire a local synth technician to try and fix it? Huge thanks!!

Only Elektron would have such a thing. You should contact support via their website if they have not done so already. They may not be able to provide you with a service manual but they would be the best to advise you on what to do.
Could have been someone who already got it from Elektron for repairs. I am trying to access the Support website to ask them but it’s not loading… Thanks for the response!
