Eww, 2 days, eh?! I’m in LA as well and just ordered my RYTM direct from Elektron a few hours ago… hope I see it in 2 days myself.
I kept trying to order stateside but everyone keeps selling out.
it has already been delayed three times where i ordered. now again one month later. this makes me sad

please someone help me, I want to buy a rytm but I only have the chance when a family member travel to the US at the end of this month, and he will stay for 2 weeks there, I need to know a store that will have in stock so I can send it to him. Do you think Ill be able to make it in that time?
Elektron’s site claims the current delivery time is 1 week, so if you have a friend or family in the US have them order it directly, or order it yourself and have it shipped to them, then your friend could pick it up when here in the states.

I’m from Paris, France and since no retailers have the Analog Rytm in stock,
I decided to buy from the Elektron web store.
I ordered on tuesday 20 and my status has been updated yesterday.
The Rytm is on its way from Sweden to France (actually in Coppenhagen DK) and
scheduled UPS Delivery : Tuesday, 05/27 by end of day!
So, yes, it is a matter of a week.
… I can’t wait!

It’s very depressing to see direct orders get so much priority. I sure hope mine works perfectly whenever I do get it. I would hate to have to send it back.
Any Rytm owners in Canada purchase theirs directly from Elektron? Please pm me with details on duty, taxes, and other charges you incurred.

ordered from JRR in cali to toronto and got hit with HST (13%) on the total value and $10 in brokerage fees through canada post.
Should be around the same for you plus or minus 50 bucks since ups/fedex charges a bit more for brokerage fees
I think you may be surprised as to how much more you’re going to pay when UPS or FedEx do the delivery. I kind of think of them as the Mafia of delivery services…they need their cut if you know what I mean…
JRR + USPS/CanadaPost is most probably the least expensive option for a Canadian at this point (and I’m including retail shops).
