Analog Keys & using CV track for midi control?

I am at long last starting to get the hang of my AK, I want to use a separate track to sequence a Volca FM2.

Am I right in thinking that I can use the CV track as a 4 note midi seaquencer to control the Volca FM2… and also route the Volca through the AK using the inputs, so it can be used as an audio signal path & use the AK’s internal f/x?

It would make a lovely little 2 synth setup if so. (I am not interested in using CV, only midi in this case.

You can, but you must enable sending for the track (you can do this for both the CV track and the FX and the other 4).
Go to the track you want to use and then click “TRK” > Note setup > CV Send MIDI.
For the audio side go to “FX” >" FUNC"+“OSC1” and increase both volumes
