Hello dear Electronauts!
Please help me figure out what’s wrong with my analog heat mkII? After connecting to the computer to the overbridge, the device stopped passing the audio signal through itself. The test showed 2 errors, indicated in the photo. What to do with it?

Raise a support ticket with Elektron via their support section for Analog Heat on elektron.se.

Thank you But I have already done this, while they are silent.
Don’t worry too much, they’ll get to you, sometimes it can take a week or two to get a response.
If you’re getting errors like that it’s probably something only Elektron can help you with, I’m afraid.

If you can, maybe try reinstalling the firmware via the transfer app.
