Analog Heat Mk1 OVB Problem

Hello everyone,
No matter what I’ve tried or done, my Overbridge AH mk1 device simply isn’t being recognised. The computer detects the AH as a USB device, but OVB isn’t working. Incidentally, there’s no hardware issue with the device – it works flawlessly – it’s just the OVB that’s causing problems. I’d also like to mention that the Elektron team couldn’t resolve the issue either. They tried very hard, but it didn’t work. Anyway, to sum up, it occurred to me that an older version of Overbridge might work. Does anyone still have an older version of OVB saved as a setup file? If so, would it be possible for you to send it to me? I’m really curious to see if it would actually work. Thanks in advance

Did you try different computers?

What specific OS is your computer running?

Hello
Thank you for your reply. It doesn’t matter; I can try it on both Windows and macOS. If I can try it, I’m hopeful that Overbridge will work.

Hello,
Thank you for your reply. I’ve tried everything except installing the old Overbridge version. It’s a very strange problem. By the way, I’m currently getting round this issue in Ableton using an external audio effect (though the OVB interface isn’t visible on screen, and I have to adjust settings manually and load presets). But I’d still like to give it a go if I can find the old OVB installation file.
