Analog Heat +fx No R channel Output calibration error on L chan

Hey folks, I’m dealing with an issue with my new AH +FX. I’ve had for about 2 weeks. I’m getting no output from the right channel only while using the Heat block everything else is off. Saturation, Enhance, Mid Drive all work and right channel works (although static noise is present).

I’ve also run the calibration with everything disconnected and I’m getting “Error on Chan L Calibration Aborted”

Any ideas on how to fix this or do I need to send it in for repair.
