Analog heat as sound card - FX still possible?

Hey I have noticed that when I plug my AH as a sound interface for my pc, all the sound comes out as ‘bypass’ no matter what knobs i’m turning. The question is how can I use Usb as the input and still have WET sound on the output?

It’s normal, look at the audio signal flow if the manual, using the AH as s sound card will bypass the effect on the sound (because some people might want to have the dry signal only).

Now what you want to do is to insert the AH as a plugin on your audio track or master track inside your DAW.

No, I just want to use it as soundcard +EQ for playing streaming music on pc (spotify etc).

In OverBridge mode it only routes USB to FX if plugin is inserted on a track in DAW.

So you want to change to USB class-compliant mode: Settings -> System -> USB Config -> select USB AUDIO/MIDI

Let’s say I want to use the AH+FX as a sound card and with an insert on my master track in Ableton. Can I use a USB send return to process the master, then use the physical outputs (L/R) of the AH+FX to output the signal ?
