Hi I am looking at buying a new AK 4 but want to know can you bring in samples or can you use the audio input to bring in new sounds from another synth

The Analog Keys is a synth, not a sampler, so it does not import samples.
It does have audio inputs so you can:

route external sounds to its chorus, delay, and reverb effects, and
-
route external sounds through its filters and overdrive
