I still have my KMI Softstep 2 but sometimes think about how convenient it would be to have a wireless MIDI foot controller.

CME sells midi Bluetooth adaptors. You could add Bluetooth midi to your softstep too!

I actually use a softstep too. very happy with it!
Airstep can function as a USB host, has MIDI forwarding functions… these are things the Softstep doesn’t have.
Not going to jump on this right away but will continue to keep an eye on it.
