AH on Master Insert + Overbridge

Hi All,

I’m hoping someone can advise on whether the following setup is viable.

Is it possible to have the AH wired in on the Master Insert channel of a mixer (where the mixer is also the audio interface in this setup) to affect the audio before it leaves the mixer to the monitors, but also have the AH plugged in to a PC via USB running Ableton Live with AH/Overbridge as a plugin?

I have my doubts that you could be using the AH for both Master Insert and Overbridge plugin at the same time, but it’d be convenient if you could at least have everything wired up like what is shown in the diagram and be using either…

a. Using AH Overbridge Plugin, Master Insert bypassed/off
b. Using Master Insert, no AH Overbridge Plugin in use

I’m not sure if I’m explaining this question very well, so apologies, but I’d just like to avoid having to plug in/unplug the Master Insert audio cables if I wanted to use the plugin, and vice versa.

Hopefully someone gets where I’m coming from?!

Thanks,
J

Perhaps a better way to ask the question is, can you set the audio signal that is coming in to the AH L/R inputs to bypass the FX (Distortion, Filter, EQ) and come out of the L/R outputs clean, whilst still using AH as an a plugin on the DAW.
