ok so when I input MIDI data from a sequencer device in ableton into my digitakt it only goes to the first sample track in an ascending scale, when I’d want for it to play each individual sample, kinda like ableton’s drum rack. even when I set it to individual MIDI notes it still just plays the first track. ive been looking forward to experimenting with generative stuff in max for live paired with the digitakt and I feel like this is kind of important when relating to that. any help would be appreciated
If I remember correctly, you can use the lowest notes on the auto channel (10 by default) to trigger tracks. I’m not near a computer, will update later if that’s not it.
