Ableton Live & Analog Heat

Hi all -

I’m hoping that someone can tell me where I am going wrong. I open up a Live set and route a track with an audio clip into my AH Bus. On my AH Bus, I drag AH from the Plugins menu and it opens up an Overbridge window. At the top, it says “No Device Selected” and it doesn’t allow me to pick AH as a device. This is truly bizarre and I have no idea why it’s happening.

I suspect that it may have to do with the settings either in 1. Ableton, or 2. Analog Heat.

Can anyone advise me on how to fix my problem so that I can process audio through Ableton using my AH?

probably going to need more details… for starters: which platform and OS? which version of Live?

I don’t have Ableton Live so can’t help with that, but just checking that the AH is in Overbridge mode (Settings->System->USB Config)? you also might need to reboot the Heat after switching to OB mode.
