Maybe a tad too high, and a bit too tight… but it’s stuck on now

What did you do more precisely?
He has printed an adapter for the potentiometer shaft. This is intended to reduce the wobble of the volume control.

The shaft was wobbly. Now it’s supported by the frame (using the printed pink part).
