A happy HQ support story

I just received my repaired OT back exactly one week after shipping it to HQ. Elektron organised the shipping and the whole process was very smooth.

I just got my OT (bought 2012) back from repair. I just want to share how happy I am! First I opened a ticket on elektron.se. I got fast reply. I sent the unit in and it was repaired fast (and without extra charge!). Great service!
I had to send the unit in a couple of times before that, one time it was to change the battery, one time it was a headphone-out problem … From my recent experience I have the feeling, that customer service has improved (but was never bad). I am really impressed this time with the service. The unit is anything but new, any warranty is gone. And still: They repaired it perfectly and a can play on happily …:man_mechanic::man_mechanic::man_mechanic::smiley:
