A couple of suggestions

Hi, I’m a happy new Analog Keys owner and I have a couple of suggestions and feature requests (Let me know if some are already there)

-I’d like to have a global setting for velocity on and off. I don’t know if it’s just me but velocity jumps really fast on the AK so sometimes I barely hear the sound and the next note is super loud so I disable velocity most of the time, but it’s really annoying to do it per sound.

-Have the possibility to save tempo per patterns. In live situation if you want to chain 2 songs with different tempo it’s pretty much impossible since the tempo is saved in the projects only.

-Have an in depth video explaining the infrastructure “Project, Track, Pattern, Song, Sound ect”

-add a “wizard” menu for new project that would ask you if you want to work on: a polyphonic sound, a multitrack pattern, custom templates ect.

-Be able to automate CV parameters with Midi. I’m using Cubase to send midi to my AK and the AK controls a modified Prodigy by CV … however, automating linear value with midi seems impossible so I can’t automate the filter with Cubase.

As I said, I’m really happy with my AK but I just wanted to point out a couple of things that I think could be improved  I can’t wait for Overbridge!!!

It’s a Keys wknd!! :joy: :+1:

I agree to global velocity. I like to adjust after. With the RYTM as well!

Re. A wizard menu, what ive done is save projects at the start of the list and lock their states - various profiles for what cv gear im sequencing, voice routing etc, with kits linked to patterns, chains ready to record into, favourite drum sounds ready in the pool etc. So, if im using my modular I open one project, my ms20 mini has another, using both has yet another locked project etc. Having them toggled to lock prevents you from saving over them accidentally.

Thx for the reply XponentOne … just to make sure I understand, You have locked projects at the begining of the list with the settings you use the most and you start from the project you need and then you can save it in another slot if you change stuff … Is that what you mean?

Yep that’s it

Saves a ton of time and means you can load the locked project and get straight to work with no setup time

That’s a simple solution I haven’t thought of  thx man. Are there any good premade Drum multimap kits? I would really like to use multimap to creat drum patterns fast but I can’t figure it out :stuck_out_tongue:
