I recently got a deal I couldn’t pass up on an Allen & Heath GL2400-24 mixer which has added a ton of very useful flexibility and creativity to my music creation. After recently doing more jammy composition, I’ve realized that having 24 separate inputs to track into my DAW would help me carve out what I like and refine my compositions. So, I don’t really want to consider other mixers right now and all I’ve been able to find is the old MOTU 24i and MOTU 24io, except they require PCI(e) cards for Audiobus connectivity, and I’m using a laptop. Does anyone have any other suggestions or workarounds?
