i might have to finally create the clip launching sequencer ive wanted all along. no one has done that yet, right?

ive waited years for this, hoping they would implement it and now i have a fully working version that i always wanted. much smoother than the pre 3.0 bug that allowed live clip sequence recording

for sure. weād want chromatic play first I think. myself and a bunch of other people asked 1010 for it before and their response is that its a drum machine why would anyone want thatā¦ pitched percussion, duh. itās amazing on the Nord drums for example. and why not some bass while weāre at it.
I want full cc access to everything, especially the fx page with the distortions. I think the distortion models on it are excellent, would love to use it as a mini distortion pedal for m8 etc.

yes the lack of midi cc limitation really bother me.
Iād add that having only MIDI learn is even worse than leaving so much of the good stuff not accessible at all. In practise itās too much hassle to be usable. At least have an option for fixed CCs.

Iām trying to find the function where audio amplitude in samples can trigger external gear via CV.
I may be having a memory failure but I vaguely remember it being a function. So if anyone uses it or can point me in the right direction, please do

Iām looking for a compact MIDI controller for the 1010music Blackbox.
Hereās what I need:
16 pads for launching loops and sequences, as well as playing instruments. Ideally, the pads should have dynamic LED feedback so I can use them to record MIDI sequences with the Blackboxās built-in sequencer, not just trigger samples or launch clips.
4 or 8 knobs or faders to control the volume of individual loops, with a way to switch between banks to control the next 4 or 8 tracks.
A compact form factor suitable for a live techno setup.
Would it be possible to adapt something like the Akai APC mini or the regular BeatStep (not the Pro) for this kind of setup?
What other controllers would you recommend for the Blackbox?
I recently tried a cheap M-VAVE controller, but it turned out to be incompatible with blackbox
