Trigger another note while sample is playing

Is it possible to trigger sample of another pitch, while the first one is playing?

So basically: I recorded a long ambient pad sample (one note) and I want another note to start playing while the first one still sounds.

Could you please advise?

Hope that was clear. Have no idea even how to search for that in the manual :slight_smile:

P.S. Maybe I should look not to retrigger but to LFO/delay?

If I understand your question correctly, no. OT tracks are monophonic and can only play a single sample/note per track at once.

If you need overlapping notes, you’d need to use a second track with the same sample/settings assigned to achieve this.
