Yes, that is partly true. MIDI sequencing was never intended. It is also a matter of how the internal sequencer functions - it is not built for MIDI. It is far from trivial to add it, and there are other factors such as program memory and processor cycles that inhibits it.

I’ve posted them before and people don’t believe it still, that’s basically calling Simon a liar and I think is a bit over the top…

Edit: I don’t know why I’m part of this broken record, really I just believe Simon that there’s more to it and it bugs me when it comes up over and over…
