Im planning to run 5 STEMS from Ableton thru AH , warm them up a bit and then back to Ableton , via Overbridge , one at the time obviously.
What would be the simplest process of doing this,
and then get them to realign sample accurate ?

Doesn’t heat offer latency compensation when used as a VST?
Alternatively you could set it up as an external instrument, and calibrate the latency manually. After that everything should line up perfectly when you start clip playback and recording at the same time from live.
