I think the only way is to use different patterns with different parts.
You can midi control scenes 1-16 with midi tracks and midi loopback, or use Arranger, which is usable in live conditions.
Maybe you can describe what is your audio plan.

What I wanted to know is when I change from one PART to another the change is instantaneously, I was hoping there would be a quantization setting for this, so the change can be more on the beat …
You can copy your pattern, link the new part to the copied pattern, and use the arranger and its length and offset parameters to fully automate the change to any step. On the first instance of the pattern use the “LN” parameter to play that pattern a certain amount of steps, on the second instance use the “OF” parameter to have that pattern start on the next step…
