My Digitone clicks on some presets

So I tried my new Digitone today. Powered it up and starts with preset A01. After about 10 seconds it starts to click randomly. I tried different things (factory reset, plugged it in in different rooms etc. and even tried ither gear to see if it was something wrong with my headphones. Nothing worked.

The clicks are in random speed and remains until I change to a new pattern and starts to play that or press a note. It sounds like when you have the wrong buffer on your soundcard/DAW.

Did a scan for problems. Digitone did not find any.
Upgraded OS from 1:02 to 1:10 still the same problem.

The presets are

Bank A Pattern 01, 16
Bank B Pattern 03, 07 , 11 , 13

So any solutions?

Open up a ticket, does not sound normal to me, mine also had some problems and support confirmed that, so getting mine taken back by retailer and ordered a new one…

When using the ARP I have them too, beside that I haven’t encountered much of these clickings yet.

this is my first elektron gear. I hope these guys deliver fixes and stuff…

I get this issue with a lot of my sounds, tried everything to remove them. Very frustrating.
I have to try and change note lengths on TRIG’s and AMP envelope and LFO’s in the end it’s a different sound.
