Multi-track recording from RYTM

Hi guys,

A few weeks ago i bought a RYTM MK2 which I’m really enjoying after producing techno with VST’s for 15 years.

I now need to record each voice from the RYM to a different track on Cubase and obviously cant do it on my old M-Audio Audiophile 192 soundcard. Only 1 L/R In.

Reading A LOT of threads on this great forum it seems that i need an Interface or a Mixer.

I would like to have my RYTM playing/recording in sync with whatever i already have on my DAW. So I’d surely need something that uses Midi.

Could you guys be kind enough to suggest what i should get to be able to do this.

Focusrite LiquidSaffire has 8 ins and a midi input. I know that one at least

I favor the UR44 for some reason: 6 ins and midi and a really simple interface that you can just set and forget(I also bought mine used for 150)

I don’t know much about interfaces, but that’s the input I have to offer.
