i try to use mnm as master and md as slave. the problem is: if i use some knobs on mnm, knobs on the md turns, for example knobs from sd on the md.

The simplest method to keep using MIDI synchronization without any other MIDI interaction is to go to the MD’s GLOBAL > CONTROL > BASE CHANNEL menu and set the BASE CHANNEL to be “- -”.
The alternative is to set this BASE CHANNEL setting to a range that does not overlap with any of the MIDI channel numbers that you are using on the MM’s internal or MIDI sequencer tracks.
