If you never had a corrupted project, great, but this is no proof that it doesn’t happen.
I had such a problem with the AK too, dropped a ticket, and had an excellent support from the outstanding friendly and helpful Elektron engineers … it just happens and fortunately it’s quite rare … and … I wasn’t the only one at this time. I got the tip, to save out my “projects” from time to time, because, if the content get’s corrupted at (for example) switch off, I might not be able to recover correctly … One side problem with my AK issue was that saving the project out to a new project, copied the error too. Saving helped me with the AK and the OT …
@Gina … don’t worry about this discussion of corrupted projects … all my Elektron devices are great and reliable instruments, which never have let me down …
