When I use the fill button (Page)
I can pin it by: press Page and hold Page, press rec… en then hold rec… and then press function.
Now fill is pinned
Press Page to unpin

I dint understand what you are describing at all…
Can you please explain it better? What is it. And how should it be used?
If you hold down a trig you can parameter lock a condition to it, see pg. 33 of the manual.
One of the conditions is called “fill” and it means if you have that condition on a trig, the trig will only sound if the fill button is held down(when not in grid recording). There is also the condition fill with a line over it, and that condition will make the trig not sound when fill is pressed.
What they are describing is how to keep this function operating without holding the fill button down, “latch” is a term often used to describe such behavior…
