Strange problem. Panning of instruments seems to be just fine with head phones but when I connect L and R to my powered speakers panning to one side (rather than the other) gets very faint. Both speakers deliver everything else equally. Stumped.
Using 1/4” balanced cables?

They are guitar type cables. Guess they’re unbalanced.
If you have already tried swapping the L and R cables then I would suggest contacting the seller, and probably also creating a support ticket on Elektron’s website.
