Buying used gear

Apart from here, Ebay, reverb and muffwiggler, is there anywhere else people buy used gear?

Facebook groups.

In Finland we have a local site for musicians (muusikoiden.net) that also has a marketplace, I guess that’s the most common/popular place to buy second hand gear here. In Sweden they have a similar site called vend.se and some sellers send their gear outside of Sweden too 'cause I bought my AK there this spring when there were none for sale in Finland. I’ve also heard of a similar thing in Netherlands and some other countries too. We also started our own synthesizer fb-group which serves as a platform for selling gear too.

Does anyone know of similar sites in Germany or the U.K.?

That’s it. Trying to find a Nord rack without much luck.

Serviced second hand & vintage sales from Antwerp, Belgium.

Never bought something there, but I am keeping an eye on the list once in 2 weeks or so. A lot less lately … vacation, moving, vacation, big break from music actually at the moment.

Still that list is solid.

Edit:
Not so much for instruments but more FOH etc … mostly Germany/Netherlands/Belgium

Just an fyi, it seems Guitar Center prices their used gear really reasonable, it actually surprised me how low some of it was.

You could try quoka.de as well, but on first sight no nord rack though…

You’ll need to create an account and perhaps have some non-English language skills. I got a Vermona PerFourmer here a couple of years ago. Interesting things pop up there regularly.

Local pawn shop

Yeah in Germany Kleinanzeigen ebay is good. More local trades but I have shipped a few items through dhl. If you live in or near a city that’s a good place to buy and sell… I find with the buying and selling market it really helps to be in a big city. London and Berlin always has much cheaper prices.

I picked up a Nord Lead A1 rack - super excited for it to arrive!
