Hello! I am a father, husband, in my mid thirties, and I have been recording and programming music for over twenty years.

I recently bought my first piece of electron gear, the model:samples. I think it’s great. It’s one of the most inspiring pieces of hardware I’ve ever had.

On the software side, I am a longtime reason user, but as my life has gotten busier I tend to use korg gadget for iOS as my main Music software, since it’s with me all the time. I tend to separate sound design from production and I do quite a bit of both. I am a total amateur and wouldn’t even begin to argue about the right way to do anything. I love recording sounds more than anything. I use AudioShare to store the majority of my samples and I recently started a blog to share my samples for free. It’s slow going.
