What drum machines do you already own? What sort of sound are you going for?
tr-8s is a good drum machine…though I personally do not gel with the tr-6s or 8s… I know tons of people that swear by them … that said I wouldn’t say the TR’s are mostly knob per function though… especially for the newer and nicer FM drums… its a ton of menu diving…
I would say the Syntakt would be my choice any day over the TR series… aside from wishing I had my 909 ride lol… That being said I don’t need most of the requirements you are asking for either… I just want my drum machine to give me full control over the sound creation with as much possibly as I can and hopefully individual outs by way of either USB or analog… FX and seq can be done somewhere else…
