Bad trade I think. Non-UW MDs typically go for less than the SE-02 does currently.
Which is complete madness as even a non-UW MD is a far more interesting, versatile and feature-packed beast than an SE-02 which is a nice sounding monosynth in a fiddly boutique format.

It really depends on how much cash and the condition of the MD. Does the MD have a +drive?
They are pretty close to a straight up trade. I could see throwing $50 to $100 on top if everything is aces with the MD, but it would have to be really tip-top.
I sold one myself on here for less than 500 euros a few months ago.
