It seems there are many things that elektron owners want in future updates but this one seems crazy to me that its still not possible, especially in terms of performance.
With the analog four being completely synthesis, then yeah not a big deal to quickly change tempo in a set. But, with the rytm using samples (especially none percussion samples), I’m finding it nearly impossible to make a professional transition between two songs with large tempo differences.
There are several things that seem needed but apparently are not possible (more lfos, audio input not bypassing effects, external midi sequencer), is this one of them? I dont know much about hardware programming, but couldnt tempo be saved in the kits and be a very small packet of data?
It just seems like such a big omission that I thought Elektron would have done something by now.
