Will I lose my patterns when upgrading the OS?

Hi,
just a quick question,
I’m thinking about upgrading the OS for the first time since I bought my A4 about a 4 months ago. Since then I have created quite many interesting patterns. The question is - will I lose them when I upgrade the OS?

no, they will be saved as project 2.
if you want to be sure, make a sysex backup with c6 before upgrading.
