How about writing the ultimate manual together as a Wiki for all their products? We know the instruments inside and out and together we have time to do it properly.

Not only walkthroughs on each function and knobs with relevant scenarios with video and sound links, but also:

-creative tips and tricks on every function
-Key combination chart
-print-on-demand

etc etc

Who is with me?

This is a nice idea, but wikis can get really out of hand if they are not well maintained and organized. I don’t think I would want to lead on it but I would contribute to a well organized and executed one. I’d rather see Elektron start the process and establish some basic structure. They have copy from their manuals that would serve as a good starting point. (chapter headings/subheadings/etc.) That could save a lot of time and duplication.

Are there other systems out there that would be easier to use? Perhaps you need to have a serial number from a machine to participate?
