i feel all your thoughts and thank you for sharing. for my bank accounts sake i think ill stay blissfully ignorant until I cant and just continue to utilize plugins for my “warmth”/“beefiness”. Personally yes!, ill take the bacon and some of them crispy onion thingies on my cheeseburger. 
maybe because of me being Dutch, ur because I am a lazy musician
but i love cheese
and the heat after the a4 just rocks
