hello, I’m new here, I have an octatrack mk1 to work at home and I use a mk2 for concerts. Recently I wanted to update my MK1 and I don’t know what mistake I made but my machine no longer works at all. the screen is completely white when I turn on my machine and therefore I cannot return to the menu to correct my update error, help me, please! Maybe check if it still starts up in ‘test mode’ (holding the function button when powering up). If that works it’s still possible to do a firmware upgrade. It’s explained in the manual.
