Although I don’t understand why you have so much gear and wrote an entire album on a iPad. If an iPad is all you need, why don’t you sell more stuff?

I’ve mostly used it as a stem player for live shows which I’d manipulate in real time using the OT’s fx and going between scenes. But I’m not crazy about its effects either. It does have a killer arpeggiator for sending to external synths though.

to me the Octatrack if a performance tool and i mainly produce not perform…
and i dont sample into it that often either…
and i always have my computer on with ableton running so i sometimes wonder if i actually need it, ive mentioned the things i dont like about it… mainly the timestrech is stuck in beats mode and doesnt have the complex modes that ableton has …
for someone that samples alot and does not always use ableton in there setup it makes more sense…
I would prefer a updated Octa with overbridge
@craig makes good points depends on your need and use, you have heaps of elektron samplers eg. Rytm/DT/M:S and Octa
i would let one of them go if I had to make a choice

If that’s the case I’d change my recommendation and get rid of the OT and keep the Rytm, instead. The filters sound fantastic and you have synthesis for unique sounds. You can get plenty of stem players w/ FX on your iPad for performance.
edit: I really think you could replace the OT with the iPad K-Mix combo. Live mixing of all your instruments into the iPad with some stems, master FX, and live looping.

Man. I’d keep dn, dt, ak, and a mixer. With your must haves, that would be a great setup. Sample some of your fave sounds from them into Ableton before they go. You’d probably make enough to buy a nice computer.

Oh! How about considering letting Go Off the Idea of a Mac, and get an iPad Pro instead?
Keep the KMix, Craft, DN, SE02.
There you have then a very powerfull Setup that is also good for gigging plus it doesnt eat as much desk real estate. If you need Keys, add an Arturia Keystep (not Pro)
iPads are crazy, considering myself to Switch. iPad Pro 12,6" with 1TB is 1599$ If i am correct.

Or keep rytm, DT, DN and Akeys. As they are overbridge enabled. Sell the rest. Maybe keep heat too.

I’d sell the RYTM, OT & DT (swapping them with a MPC One), AH, H9, Volca Sample, Zoom R16, Motu Ultralite & K Mix (swapping them with a Behringer X Air XR18).
Instead of an overpriced Mac I’d build a custom PC.

I already have an iPad 2018 (not pro) which I used to make an entire album. iPads are awesome but still doesn’t come close the power of a DAW for mixing. Or maybe because I’ve invested too much in 3rd party plugins already lol. But can you mix and refine your tracks to teh same degree on an iPad?
Madlib made the latest album with Freddie Gibbs completely on an iPad and he’s a legend.

Maybe sell things that won’t connect to your next computer. …seems you like overbridge. That’s my two cents. My late 2011 MbP is having issues and I’m about ready to credit card a new computer. I feel your laggy-pain.

From your list, I would sell every FX processor, AH and eventide. Theses can be replaced by VST plugins that do really impressive work.
Maybe I would sell RYTM or DT, both are differents but cover same spaces. Keep your preferred.
Also you can let go Volcas, model:samples cause you can make same stuff with DT or RYTM or OT.
Last you can sell the Zoom R16 if you record directly on your computer.

I agree with this. You basically answered your own questions! Having so much that all kinda overlaps is pretty daft, and as you don’t love much of it, hopefully it’s an easy process for you to sell 
@craig nailed it - but I’d also add AK to the remove list (it doesn’t sound as good as your other synths and will suck time with it’s workflow).
Also, worth considering an old Mac Pro to save more cash. I just went from a 2011 Mac Mini (it was really hampering me) to a 2010 Mac Pro. They’re insanely upgradeable, so I’ve got 2 x 3.33ghz 6 core processors for a total of 12 cores, 64gb RAM (still room to get it upto 128gb if / when I need), a lot of crazy fast SSDs, and large HDDs for backups. All for about £1000. It’s really fast and has everything you could need for music production / photo editing / video work… Super easy to work on yourself and it’s a chunk cheaper than most of the more modern options.

Surely it would be easier to get rid of DT,DN? You’ll loose maybe £100 and each and they’re easy to buy again when you’re working.
Well, sell some stuff as suggested before, use that 2018 iPad. you already did an entire Album with it. So i assume, yes it is possible!
Save the rest and go on a nice vacation, or spend it on something else as treat for yourself. Coffeemaker?

I’d lose ak, rytm, samples, kmix, moto, and volcas to start.
If money got tight again, I’d next say bye to ot, dt, ah, eventide, zoom.
Mki ot isn’t going to hold value w mkii out there and if you ever come back to it, you can get mki for same price or cheaper. You own too many samplers for someone who likes to sample in daw. iPads are also great for sampling and sample playpack if you go live.
I’m partial to keeping the fx you have because they are good and they work well in a daw. You could replace with vsts but I think you should look hard at how much you will need to spend on vsts for this given you have two great things that would also be good live.

I’d go full Marie Condo on that shit. The pieces that don’t “spark joy” (i.e. not your Not Selling items) pass on and get the best performance/price ratio Mac for your purposes. After using this core setup for a while re-evaluate what is missing in your productions. Then spend some of that cash you have left over

DT yes, but I love the DN. It’s not that I need money to pay rent, but don’t have expendable income to buy a laptop unless I get rid of some gear I either am not crazy about or it’s redundant.
