Thanks I’ve just had a go with this. It’s a nice effect in it’s own right with all of the weird artefacts it introduces, but not quite accurate enough for what I needed.

I think after playing around more today, that I’m actually going to just embrace old school pitching down and doubling the length. It isn’t what I was initially looking for, but it’s taking this project in an unexpected ‘ketamine-like’ direction that I like. ![]()

I find I get pretty good results in Live (discussed above) but also using Waves Sound Shifter P VST plugin. Heavy on the cpu though.
