When will AK be available via retailers / distributors?

Ordered mine last Thursday, and it just came in today! That was a superfast trip considering it came to the States from Sweden.

Realistically, I would assume most US orders are being fulfilled by the California office.

Not my shipment. I tracked it via UPS. Came directly from Sweden.

That is super fast then. Kudos to elektron shipping department on that one.

Mine came direct from Sweden too. I followed it’s amazingly quick path from Sweden to Germany to Philadelphia, PA to NC with great anticipation on the USPS tracking site.

Had to special order PL-2 cover from Sweetwater and took two weeks because it literally came from Sweden. I think the California office is simply a “support hub” rather than a shipping hub for new products. Meaning, problems with Elektron authorized-return-instruments would be shipped to them for repair and/or +Drive upgrades. Sweetwater’s shipments all come directly from Sweden. Indiana is rather centrally located as far as the States go, and makes more sense than to ship all way to California then to Indiana, then to end-user.

Well. You guys win…

Canceled my sweetwater order and placed one with hq this morning.

I personally would be a little concerned with anything being shipped via USPS as far as synthesizers and instruments go. They tend to get really more “man-handled mishap idly” and have much more faith from my past experience with FEDEX or UPS in USA.

Mine shipped to the US via UPS.

Same. I would also not want to ship through USPS though… Had damaged units in the past because of their lack of care.

Meant to write UPS not USPS.

Ordered at 8:24am. Shipping notice arrived at 11am.

Excited.

Just got mine in Los Angeles! Woohoo!

So my Keys from Elektron will be here tomorrow. Quick shipment considering i waited 4 months for sweetwater to get theirs.

However…

I got an email this morning from sweetwater, saying that my analog keys had been shipped. The analog keys i canceled yesterday…

So i called my sweetwater guy and was like “hey man… whats the deal?”. He said he canceled it but it must not have gotten to shipping and he would try to stop it before it left on the truck. He also said that if it shows up here to just refuse shipment and have it returned… or keep it at full cost. I will be returning it.

All that aside: Looks like Sweetwater has their shipment.

I ordered mine from JRRShop in December. Got the shipping notice today; it should be here in NJ on Saturday.

Picked mine up from Juno in the uk today.

Haven’t used it yet as redesigning my studio layout to accommodate it as midi controller centre piece

Tomorrow hopefully

I’m still waiting (pre-order placed on 21/12/2013)…

Grabbed one at control voltage in Portland, OR. No preorder. Just drove down and bought one.

Funny, I was on my may to pick that one up on Sunday. Woke up Sunday morning, checked CV’s site and noticed it was not ‘available’ talked to Jason and found that (apparently you) had picked it up.

They have no ETA as to when they will be receiving more.

Small world.
(I’m in Eugene)

Talked to the AU distributor and guess what :joy:
