According the the Waiting List email I got:

“The demand is expected to be very high, so please note initial orders might take a few days extra to process and ship.”

I’m chomping at the bit, eager to get my AR, and I’ve got to wait for it to get all the way to Asia, so will have an even longer wait than the Europeans here.

I’m not expecting to see mine till next Friday in the UK at the earliest. Hopefully Im wrong. :slight_smile:

And here we go again… You peeps should cut Elektron some slack.

Dealing with what is probably many hundred orders is a HUGE logistic undertaking for a tiny company like Elektron. They’re probably working their asses off right now.

Buggering them with order cancelling, emails etc is not going to help.

Yea if it arrives by the end of next week I’m happy.

So am I - wouldn’t even mind it taking a little bit longer. Got lots of love and patience for Elektron…would just be cool to have some vague information about the situation - how long roughly it may take - whether or not there are enough units etc.

Not a single user here or elsewhere have reported an update on shipping status so they might be working their asses off, but not with shipping.

Hey, if it takes them a bit of time to get stuff out the door no problem!

That being said, sending a mail out to the purchasers with a quick shipping update/eta is just good customer relations.

Something along the lines of:

“We are swamped with orders and expect the shipping to start on Tuesday, April X. Thanks for your patience”

I think the hamburgler has broke into hq overnight and has made off with the lot of em! :slight_smile:
The hype/ wait has definitely reached fever pitch. My phone is actually on fire…the heat off it from browsing this forum so frequently!

Totally agree with this.
Considering cancelling an order however, is a bit of an overreaction imho.

I agree, i don’t mind waiting but some of us are paying more because we are ordering directly from Elektron so i guess just a little update would be great.

so you all think 3 days have past and not single one has shipped is acceptable? It is was it is but it is a Elektron’s wording which is not quite acceptable. This is a job where are people who take an order, make a label, print a label, print an invoice, put merchants in a box, seal it, wait for pickup. Not sure where there could be a Hic-Up? especially if you know it is going to happen.

I felt a movement in the force… my AR was just dropped off a tall palette!

It’s 5pm in Sweden now so I’m doubtful Elektron will ship these today. I’m happy to give them the few days they requested but my definition of few kinda expires today. An update would be greatly appreciated. C’mon Elektron you know I love you but don’t make me feel like a chump.

It does not bother me to wait but i just hope that customers are prioritized before suppliers.

Gutted though sent via ups slowest delivery by land, won’t get it until Wednesday to the uk probably :disappointed:
