So my newly aquired AR just turns on every now and then, and I’m pretty sure it has to do with the cable that was provided with the PSU. It sits very loosely in the PSU, and judging from this picture, the one I have is a different one.
Not sure it should really matter to be honest, but anyway, I’d like to try it with a similar cable that might fit perfectly. So, does anyone know the exact name for the part? The euro prong cable that goes into the PSU3.
I’ve sent in a support ticket to Elektron about the issue, but suspect it has to do with this part. It showed the same symptom when I got the AR yesterday, I had to try several different power sockets, before it suddenley worked when I put it back into the first power socket I tried. I played with my AR just fine for three hours yesterday, and it turned on and off just fine then, but now won’t turn back on again.
Any help on the issue would be much appreciated!
